The soft cover version we sent you is £28.99 plus £3.75 (UK) postage. There's also a hard cover version for £34.99, although this option may not be available when we first launch.

Of course, this is more than you'd pay for a regular book. As with all quality personalised books, the price is higher because each copy is unique and printed to a superior standard.

Yes. Buyers get a 30-day money-back guarantee, so they can try it at home for a month. If the book is sent to the sinbin, they can mail it back to us for a no-quibbles refund.

This is a very rare offer with personalised books, but we think it's the right thing to do.

Just keep in mind that we can't pay you a royalty on any sales we refund, so there may be some adjustments every now and then.

We start with a pattern: a choice of plain shirt, accent sleeves, hoops, chest band or harlequin. Then we match your colours, and the shirt is loaded into your branded sales page, where parents can select it with a single click.

Will we get an exact match? Yes and no. We can match your main colours exactly, but your pattern might be more approximate, say if your shirt has a complex or unique design. But this is a comic book, not a photograph, so the end result should feel like a decent fit.

IMPORTANT: exact colour-matching is only available when we set you up as a reseller. If you're not on our system, a buyer can design your strip, but they'll only have a limited choice of colours.

This is an optional extra we hope to offer soon, although it's mostly for clubs - we don't expect many schools to take up this offer.
